No. Administrators manage members, domains and shared inboxes. Mail sealed between SipherMail accounts can only be opened by the people in the thread, and that includes us. Ordinary email to and from other services is protected in transit and at rest, but like any email service our servers can process it.
An owner or admin removes them from Members. Their access ends at once, on every device, and their seat is free for the next person.
Yes. Import everyone’s mail whenever you like; nothing is deleted from the old accounts. Mail keeps arriving at your old service until you change your domain’s mail records, and you choose when that happens.
It isn’t. The trial lasts 14 days and no card is taken. Nothing is charged unless you add a card, and paid plans come with a 14-day money-back guarantee.
Yes, on Enterprise. Members sign in through your existing identity provider using the common single sign-on standards. Every plan has two-step sign-in and passkeys.
