SipherMail runs in any modern browser and in native apps. All of them use the same account and show the same mail.
On the web#
Sign in from your browser. The web app has the most features, including scheduled send, templates, keyboard shortcuts and the calendar.
If you allow notifications, the web app can notify you of new mail even when the browser is closed.
Install the web app#
SipherMail is a progressive web app (PWA), so you can install it from the browser and open it in its own window without browser toolbars.
- Sign in to SipherMail in a browser that supports installing web apps.
- Use the browser’s install option (in desktop Chrome and Edge it is in the address bar or the browser menu). On iPhone and iPad, open the Share menu in Safari and choose Add to Home Screen.
- Open SipherMail from its new icon.
iPhone and iPad#
Download SipherMail from the App Store and sign in with your account. The iPad layout shows folders, the message list and the reader side by side. Details are on SipherMail for iPhone and iPad.
Android#
Download SipherMail from Google Play and sign in. Details are on SipherMail for Android.
