Use these screens to check where your account is signed in and to end sessions you do not recognise.
Active sessions#
- Go to Settings > Security & 2FA.
- Open the Sessions tab.
The list shows each device or browser that is signed in and when it was last seen. Your current one has a This device label.
Sign out one session#
Choose Sign out next to a session. It is signed out of your account.
Sign out every other session#
Choose Revoke All Other Sessions. Every session except the one you are using is ended. Use this after losing a device or if something looks wrong. If you suspect someone knows your password, change it too under the Password tab.
Trusted devices#
The Trusted Devices tab lists devices registered when you sign in to the SipherMail mobile app. Each row shows the platform, when it became trusted and when it was last seen. Choose Revoke to remove a device from the list.
Security activity#
The Activity tab shows the Security Activity Log, a list of recent security events on your account. Check it if you see a session you do not recognise.
