These tools need the User admin role or higher, except announcements and data export, which need Admin or Owner.
Groups and lists#
Org Panel > Groups and lists creates an address on one of your verified domains that delivers to several people, including addresses outside your organisation. Anyone can send to a list. Per-list sender limits are not available.
Catch-all#
Choose a verified domain and a destination mailbox to receive mail sent to addresses that do not exist. Catch-all attracts spam, so use it only if you need it.
Shared contacts#
Shared contacts is an address book every member sees in compose suggestions, marked as shared. Add contacts one by one or import a CSV of up to 5,000 rows, and export the list as CSV.
Organisation templates#
Templates you create appear, read-only, in each member’s template picker.
Announcements#
Write a short notice with a type and an expiry. Members see it as a dismissible banner in the mail app, and you can also email it to everyone.
Data export#
Data export produces a ZIP of organisation data: member profiles, shared contacts, templates, lists and settings. It never includes mail. Members export their own mail over IMAP or with the import tools. Download links expire after 24 hours and one export runs at a time.
