Insights in the Org Panel shows how Sipher AI is used across your organisation. It shows counts of activity, never the text of anyone’s mail or chats. Owners and admins see all of it; other console roles see only the member table.
Read the page#
- Open the Org Panel and choose Insights.
- Pick a range with 7 days, 30 days or 90 days. Use the refresh button to reload.
- Read the numbers.

| AI Calls | How many AI actions members ran in the range. |
| Tokens Used | The amount of text processed, a measure of AI workload. |
| Active Users | The highest number of members using any one feature. |
| Usage Over Time | A line chart of tokens in and tokens out, day by day. |
| Feature Adoption | A bar chart of how many actions each of the six most used features had. |
| Member AI Usage | A table with one row per member: role, AI requests, purchased credits, monthly credits and total credits. |
If nothing has been used yet, the charts say No usage data for this period or No adoption data yet.
Use what you learn#
- A member with few requests may not know the features exist. See Sipher AI.
- A member close to the monthly credit allowance may need more. See AI credits and Team management.
- If you do not want your team to use AI at all, turn it off in Organisation settings.
Limits#
- The numbers come from usage records that are kept for accounting. They hold counts, not message content.
- The page may also show cards headed Top Topics, Common Intents or Top Entities. They are not filled from your team’s mail yet, so do not read anything into them.
- Other console roles see the member table on Insights and a short note instead of the AI usage panels, which are for owners and admins only.
