Purchases#
Purchases lists orders and deliveries found in your mail over the last 90 days, one row per order or tracking number. SipherMail finds them on its own servers when mail arrives, using the same detection as message intents. If the page is empty it says Nothing yet, and order confirmations and shipping updates appear as they arrive.
- Choose Purchases in the sidebar.
- Use All, Orders or Deliveries to filter.
- Select a row to open the message it came from.
- Select Copy to copy the order or tracking number, or Track or View to open the store’s or carrier’s page in a new tab.
If the list stays empty, check that Orders and deliveries is on under Summary cards in Settings > Mail. On iPhone and Android the Purchases view needs app version 1.6 or later.
Attachments#
Attachments lists every file in your mail, newest message first, in all folders except Trash and Junk. Inline images in message bodies, digital-signature files and calendar invitation files are left out.
- Choose Attachments in the sidebar.
- Pick a type: All, Images, PDFs, Documents, Sheets, Slides or Archives.
- To narrow by sender, type in Filter by sender... and select Apply.
- Select a file to preview it. Use the envelope icon to open the message, or the download icon to save the file.
Files load 50 at a time. Select Load more for older ones. The type filter is applied after each batch loads, so a filtered page can be short even when more files exist further back.
The iPhone and Android apps have an Attachments screen as well.
