Open the Org Panel and choose Settings. Only owners and admins can use this page. See Roles and permissions.
What the page shows#
The top card shows the organisation’s Status, when it was Created, its Seat Limit and its Storage. These are read only. To change seats or the plan, see Team management.
General details#
- Change the Organization Name if you need to.
- Change the Slug if needed. It may contain only lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens.
- Enter a Billing Email. Invoices and billing notifications are sent to this address.
- Select Save Changes. The button is available only when something has changed.
A name or slug that is empty or not valid is refused with a message.
Turn Sipher AI on or off for everyone#
The Allow AI features for everyone in this organisation switch is the organisation’s master switch for Sipher AI. It saves as soon as you change it, and a message confirms AI turned on for your organisation or AI turned off for your organisation.
When it is off:
- Every AI feature is blocked for every member, on the web and in the mobile apps.
- Members' mail and any AI data they already have are not touched.
- The change reaches members within seconds.
- The change is written to the audit log.
When it is on, each member still follows their own privacy mode choice and their AI credits.
